SECONDARY CATHOLIC SPORTS ASSOCIATION
The (SCSA) Association is a sporting body that promotes and provides carnivals for secondary students to compete in, within a Catholic environment. Each participant has a fair and equal opportunity to advance to her highest level, develop team spirit, and achieve individual excellence.
Students at Genazzano FCJ College have the opportunity to participate in swimming, diving and athletics with a variety of Catholic schools from throughout Victoria.

Weekly Spors Played:
Tennis, Softball, Netball, Hockey, Indoor Cricket, Volleyball, Soccer, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket and Water polo.
Major Carnivals:
Track and field, Swimming and Diving, Crosscountry running
Students are given the opportunity to trial for all of the above sports. If selected for a team, they train one lunchtime, before school or after school and play one match after school every week for a Term.
All interschool matches are played on weeknights after school between 4.00pm – 6.00pm. The regular fixtured nights are: (matches may be rescheduled to other nights if required)
Junior Matches: Thursday
Intermediate Matches: Wednesday
Senior Matches: Monday
Fixtures alternate between home and away matches. For matches that are played away, students travel by bus to the venue and back to Genazzano FCJ College at the completion of the match.
Swimming, diving, athletics and crosscountry running are represented on a whole school basis and events are competed in year levels.
